Access to entire property from 11:00am day of event until 8:00am the following day.
A 2500 square foot deck, partially covered.
A large 12-foot-wide door opens the indoor space to the outside deck.
Dressing rooms are available for the bridal party.
Bridal Suite that sleeps up to 4 for overnight stay included in rate.
Tables and chairs.
Outside area for games.
Heating and Air Conditioning throughout buildings.
Space designated for children, indoors and outdoors.
Property is equipped with WI-FI, audio and visual equipment, Microphones (wireless and cord), Projector, 13’ x 10’ Screen, and TVs.
Fire pit available for the guests.
Snacks such as popcorn/pretzels will be put out for guests at 10:00 pm and is included in price.
Venue can be used for two hours during the week (Monday – Thursday) for the rehearsal dinner, but with the possibility of being open to the public during this time. Rehearsal dinner must be scheduled one month before the event.

Venue obtains an alcohol license and will have bar service available during Friday and Saturday events from 2:00pm until 2:00am, and Sunday events 2:00pm until 12:00am (midnight).
Any guests not prearranged to stay overnight in bridal suite must vacate the premises by 2:00am for Friday and Saturday events, and 12:00am for Sunday events.
DJ/band (amplified music) is permitted to play until 12:00am (midnight) indoor or outdoor for Friday and Saturday events, and 10:00pm for Sunday events.
The Old Schoolhouse obtains a full liquor license. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the venue. Please inquire for a beverage pricing list and package options. No carry-ins are permitted.

An outdoor space with views of the area bluffs surrounded by 8 acres of natural landscape available for outdoor ceremony. Tents are allowed, but would be rented by client.
Benches and chairs are included for up to 250 guests.
The 1890s church is available for an intimate indoor ceremony.
The Old Schoolhouse is on the "Bar Buddies" safe ride route that provides transportation from venue to Merrimac/Sauk/Baraboo area. There are options for one-way transportation, as well as roundtrip by the hour rental for a small fee.
Bathrooms on main floor and cellar floor.
Client must provide the caterer, but venue will provide refrigeration, preparation and serving space for the food. All dishes must be removed and washed off site due to septic restrictions.
Paved, lit parking lot for 70 vehicles, as well as additional grass parking.
Handicap accessible parking available.
Vehicles may be left in the parking lot overnight. All vehicles must be removed from premises by 8:00am the day after your event.

Bathrooms are cleaned and stocked prior to and during your event.
Trash and recyclable containers are checked and emptied as needed during your event.
Table and chairs are set up and removed as needed during event.
Bartenders for main bar.
Staff is included in rental price.
